How many guests can Stardance host?
From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations — our facilities comfortably host 100 to 500 guests, with over 15,000 sq ft of usable space in the Sombrero Peak Pavilion and 30,000 sq ft across the property.
Will other events be happening during our wedding?
No. Your rental includes exclusive use of the entire property — unlike hotels or golf clubs that book multiple events, your day belongs to you alone.
What do packages include?
All packages include exclusive venue use, buffet-style catering, professional bar service, DJ & MC services, and a day-of coordinator — plus tables, chairs, linens, setup, and cleanup. Gold adds photography, upgraded catering, and premium decor; Platinum adds videography, florals, production FX, and a photo booth.
How much does a wedding at Stardance cost?
Packages start at $13,500 for the Silver package, from $20,000 for Gold, and from $34,000 for Platinum. Every package is a starting point — we build the final quote around you.
Can we customize a package?
Yes. Swap the buffet for plated, add signature cocktails, or extend the party hours. Tell us your vision and we build the quote around it.
How does alcohol work?
Our professional bar service handles everything from setup to service. On Silver, you supply the alcohol for a beer and wine bar (we provide mixers, garnishes, coffee, tea, and lemonade); Gold and above include full bar service with liquor supplies and water glass service.
Do you work with outside vendors?
We have trusted in-house partners for catering, photography, DJ, bartending, cake, and more — and a preferred vendor list for florals, videography, officiants, transportation, and beyond. See our Vendors page.
How do we see the venue?
Tours are by appointment, available 7 days a week. You’ll walk the grounds, meet your dedicated day-of coordinator, and review package customizations in person. Book through our contact page or call (520) 609-7362.
